Memberships & Pricing

The prices are on the page.

Because "contact us for pricing" is code for a sales pitch, and you have been through enough of those. Every number below is the whole number: no enrollment fee, no annual fee, no contract.

Month to month, always. Pause for travel or injury, or cancel, online, in two clicks. No cancellation windows, no certified mail, no exit interview. If you join online you can leave online. That is the law now, and it was our policy before it was.

Straight Answers

Everything people ask before joining.

Really. Month to month, and you can pause or cancel from your account page in about thirty seconds. Contracts keep bad gyms in business; coaching keeps us in business.
Week one is one-on-one with your coach: movement basics, your plan, your session times. Weeks two through four you join your group with the coach beside you. By week five the gym feels like yours. Half of new members' anxiety disappears by visit three; we have watched it happen for years.
No. Every movement has a version for every level, and the coach picks yours. The person next to you might be lifting triple what you lift or half of it, and neither of you will care by the second week.
Anything you can move in, and flat shoes if you have them. Water fountain and lockers are here. There is no dress code and nobody is dressed impressively.
Yes, that is the point of the 4:30 Youth Performance slot: ages 11 to 15, coached, in the same building while you lift or right before your 5:30. One drive, two workouts.
No. Pause your membership from your account page before the billing date and it stops until you turn it back on. No forms, no phone call, no doctor's note.
$20 drop-in, no call-ahead needed during open-gym hours. Chalk is out, platforms are yours, and the fee comes off your first month if you decide to stay.
Because $10 a month buys you a door that opens and nothing else, which is why it never worked. Here every session has a coach in it. You are not paying for access, you are paying for the person who makes sure you actually show up in March.
Still Deciding?

Come see the floor before you decide anything.

A free intro is a conversation. A $20 drop-in is a training session. Either way, nobody follows you around with a clipboard.
